Delectation of Tomatoes, etc. is a micro-farming endeavor established in February, 2011 and physically located in West Valley City, Utah, USA. Our major objectives include:
• Enhance physical and psychological health
• Facilitate appreciation for and enjoyment of the best (healthiest, tastiest) food the earth has to offer,
with an emphasis on the amazing, versatile, nutritious, domesticated Tomato, Solanum lycopersicum
(or Lycopersicon esculentum, depending upon which authority one chooses to follow).
• Promote ecologically responsible and sustainable food growing practices
• Encourage self-reliance and independence from the “System” for nutritional needs.

Just started writing up detailed descriptions of tomato varieties and making 1,000's of documentary photos available to anywone interested in seeds, starts or the tomato fruits. Eventually, this effort will include detailed historical information, field notes and gardening recommendations. Here's the beginning of this endeavor:
GIANT TOMATOES
Seeds are mostly processed. Tomatoes seeds are all packaged. Peppers seeds are all dried and in process of packaging. Most of the other types are good to go.
It will take some time to process and package these, but orders will still be gratefully accepted (click on SEEDS link to the left ←). Seed packets may not get out as quickly as I (or you) would like, but within a couple of weeks I hope to be caught up.
